The Shipping cost is calculated with a price by item unless you choose the fixed rate option.

We offer a rate calculated depending of the order made (check table below).

The shipping time includes one day for processing, packing and ship your order and the days for transit to the address associated with the delivery.

In general, orders received before 2:00PM (USA Pacific time) are dispatched with in 24 hours when all information and shipping address be right and items are in stock. When orders are received on Friday after 2:00 P.M. or during the weekend then will be shipped next Monday or Tuesday in case Monday be a Holiday.

Shipments can be made to international addresses by quote only. We will research the most cost efficient method for delivery.

Returns

All sales are final. We can not accept returns, exchanges whith defective items only. In order to exchange a defective item you have to get an RMA number via e-mail. To get an RMA senda us an e-mail . Write the Order number, date of the order and product that you are returning and what is reason for returning. We will replay with your RMA number that you will have write on package with item returned. We will send you back an item exactly as the one returned.
